Please note that orders may experience delays in processing if incomplete or inaccurate information is provided at checkout — such as an incorrect shipping address. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Want your order prioritized? Our Premium Shipping service ensures your order is fulfilled within 24–48 hours of placement. Please note that while your order is prioritized for fulfillment, the shipping transit time remains the same for all orders.

Please note: The Premium Shipping fee is non-refundable, as it is a service charge for prioritizing and processing your order ahead of the queue.

If your order is already processing or has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the destination address. Love Locked will not be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Where Do We Ship From?

Love Locked ships from our warehouses located in the United States and China. Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse best suited to your location and order details.
